Return and Refund Policy

1. Delivery

All orders are prepared and shipped within 48 to 72 business hours .

Delivery times vary between 7 to 14 working days depending on your destination country.

Each order is sent with a tracking number which will be communicated to you by email.

2. Return period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return.

After this period, the products will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange.

3. Return conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If the return is approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days .
